Egg Salad

One more note, as Isabelle is the Egg Salad Queen in our house the seasoning is to her liking. However, if you like a little more salt like I do, you can go with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. It's much easier to add than to take away! ⛳️
Egg Salad
Serves 4-6
8 boiled eggs, peeled
4 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
3 tablespoons Duke's Mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Mash up boiled eggs in a bowl using a fork until crumbled.
Add relish, mayo, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
Serve immediately as is or on bread for a sandwich.
Can be kept in air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
