Bacon in the Oven
This week Eleanor's class will have an Easter brunch! Bacon is on the menu for the whole grade. Here is my simple recipe to make bacon for a group or meal prep! Of course you can use the skillet, but have you tried the oven?
Bacon in the Oven
Serves 6-8
Ingredients
1 pound of bacon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place bacon strips in a sheet pan, covering the pan but not overlapping.
Place in oven for 20 minutes or until cooked to your preference.
Transfer from pan to paper towel lined plate to cool.
Serve immediately or place in air tight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
